Yi-Chia, with his contribution titled “Next-Generation Green Light-Emitting Diodes by Novel Cubic III-Nitrides” is awarded an Honorable Mention in the DOE-IES Lighting R&D Student Poster Competition and invited to give a talk on his work in the Lighting R&D Workshop, scheduled for Feb. 1-4th, 2021.
